Delivery Policy
Delivery options to suit your schedules.
We have a range of flexible deliveries to suit every customer. Through the use of couriers, we are able to deliver to all corners of the UK and further.
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery is free on all orders over £60.00 (£50.00 + VAT), for orders under this amount we charge a delivery fee of £6.00 (£5.00 + VAT). Our standard delivery is a 3-5 working day service, with the majority of deliveries being received on or before the third working day.
Next Day Delivery
On selected product lines, we can offer next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm. This is charged at £10 (£8.33 + VAT). Next day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays. For example orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be despatched on the next working day, orders placed on a Sunday will be despatched on the next working day. Next day delivery is available only on in stock items and can be selected at the checkout.

Highlands and Islands Delivery
We understand that a number of our customers rely on us to deliver goods to the Scottish Highlands and to the many islands that surround the UK. Our Highlands and Islands delivery service costs £9.60 (£8.00+VAT) to any UK address, including but not limited to, the Isle of Man, Isle of White, North Uist, South Uist, Orkney, The Shetland Isles, Lewis and Harris, The Isle of Mull and the Isle of Arran. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands are only available on a 3-5 day service.
Northern Ireland Delivery
Our Northern Ireland delivery service is charged at just £7.20 (£6.00+VAT) and includes any address with a Northern Irish postcode. Delivery times are based on a 3-5 day service. Next day delivery to Northern Ireland is available, however additional delivery charges are applied. If you require a next day delivery to Northern Ireland, please contact us for details.
International Delivery
As well as being able to deliver to UK addresses, we can also deliver to international addresses. Our international delivery charges are calculated on an individual basis. If you wish to take advantage of our international delivery, please contact us either by email, or on 0333 320 7008. Typical charges for a small parcel weighing up to 2kg are as follows:
